About the Position

Meta Voice is seeking confident, detail-focused, and performance-driven individuals to join our Medicare Campaign as Call Center Verifiers. This role involves verifying customer information, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring every interaction meets compliance and quality standards. If you excel in communication and enjoy working in a fast-paced call center environment, this role offers excellent growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify and confirm customer information
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and requirements
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system
• Upsell or suggest relevant services when appropriate
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach on every call

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare or ACA experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy with accurate data entry abilities
• Must be 18 years or older
