Reception & Guest Relations

  • First Impression: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and positive attitude, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
  • Visitor Management: Manage guest entry procedures, maintain a meticulous visitor log, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with efficiency, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

Gate & Asset Security

  • Access Control: Issue and track gate passes for all company assets and inventory moving in or out of the premises.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all issued gate passes to ensure asset security.
  • Executive & Administrative Support

    • Attendance Support: Monitor staff attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and process overtime or staff claims.
    • CEO Calendar Management: Proactively manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including internal briefings and external stakeholder meetings.
    • Logistics & Shipments: Manage records for all incoming/outgoing mail and heavy courier shipments; monitor office supply consumption to prevent shortages.
    • Emergency Preparedness: Maintain and regularly update a directory of emergency contacts (Hospitals, Police, Utilities, and Building Management).
    • Meeting Coordination: Oversee the reservation and preparation of conference and meeting rooms.

    What We’re Looking For

    Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Office Administration role.

    Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) .

    Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
