Front Desk Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle incoming and outgoing calls, welcome walk-in clients, schedule appointments, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
  • Contact prospective clients to follow up on inquiries and appointments.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate meetings for consultants and management.
  • Maintain client records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding appointments and documentation requirements.
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, telesales, or receptionist roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an immigration consultancy, education consultancy, travel agency, or service-based business.
  • Lead generation and appointment-setting experience.
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
