About Us

Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning is a fast-growing, performance-driven service company serving Northern Nevada. We specialize in residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting installation.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Receptionist who understands that speed, accuracy, and communication directly impact revenue, technician pay, and customer satisfaction.

This is not a passive front desk role — this is an operations-critical position.

Position Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company and plays a key role in:

  • Lead conversion and revenue growth
  • Customer experience and retention
  • Technician scheduling efficiency
  • Payroll accuracy
  • Accounts receivable follow-up
  • Administrative structure and documentation

Every action in this role directly affects company performance. Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Communication Management (Top Priority)

  • Respond to all inbound emails, missed calls/texts and voicemails promptly
  • Respond quickly to third-party leads (Angi, Yelp, etc.)
  • Maintain professional, clear, and concise communication

Scheduling & Operations

  • Schedule residential and commercial jobs accurately
  • Assign technicians based on service area and job size
  • Protect technician time and prevent scheduling errors
  • Monitor weather and adjust schedule as needed
  • Maintain daily oversight of communication platforms

Customer Data & Systems Management

  • Verify repeat customer information (phone, email, address)
  • Update BOTH Jobber and QuickBooks with any changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation across all systems

Accounts Receivable (Weekly Responsibility)

  • Conduct payroll audit before invoicing
  • Enter invoices in QuickBooks
  • Make A/R collection calls
  • Document collection attempt in QuickBooks
  • Follow up on unpaid accounts

Cross-Training & Sister Company Support (Required)

  • Cross-train in Accounts Receivable procedures
  • Support our sister company’s A/R Clerk with account follow-up during slow seasons and downtime
  • Make outbound collection calls when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation standards across both companies

We expect this role to stay productive during slower operational periods by assisting with A/R and administrative recovery efforts.

Administrative Support

  • Organize receipts and documentation
  • Assist with internal reporting
  • Maintain orderly voicemail and communication logs

Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
  • Steady year-round position with seasonal demand peaks

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking at a fast pace
  • Professional on the phone and in writing
  • Confident handling customer payment and collection conversations
  • Technologically proficient (email, CRM systems, QuickBooks preferred)
  • Able to follow structured procedures without deviation
  • Comfortable working under supervision during training
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Previous experience in the following is strongly preferred.:

  • Customer service
  • Scheduling/dispatch
  • Accounts receivable
  • Administrative operations

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
