Job Overview

Oriental City Home International Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hotel industry, be familiar with standard hotel SOPs, and be proficient in Munshi 10 hotel management software.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, well-presented, and capable of handling front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations

Operate Munshi 10 software for bookings, billing, and guest records

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

Maintain accurate records and reports

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Follow hotel SOPs and service standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk officer

Strong knowledge of hotel industry SOPs

Proficiency in Munshi 10 software (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good grooming and professional appearance

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
