Front Desk Receptionist

Position Summary: In this role, you’ll help keep our clinic running smoothly, supporting both staff and patients while creating a clean, comforting, and private space for healing and relaxation. COVID Precautions: Vaccinations are required for all medical jobs. Masks are optional at this time, but highly encouraged.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.57-22.50 per hour

Schedule: The clinic is open Monday through Saturday. We are currently finalizing shift details and are seeking someone with flexibility in days and hours as the schedule evolves. This position will offer approximately 14–25 hours per week.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Moderate Technology skills: Electronic Health Records, Online Scheduling, Google Drive

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the phone to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient service and communication.
• Assist patients with checkout, taking payments, and scheduling for future appointments.
• Follow all standard procedures for the clinic to ensure effective communication between staff and patients.
