Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering heavy call volume in a professional manner
  • Determining the nature of each call and distributing it to the appropriate team member
  • Creating and processing work orders through internal database
  • Welcoming on-site visitors and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Purchasing, receiving, and maintaining office supplies
  • Sorting and distributing mail and other written communications
  • Accepting and signing for deliveries
  • performing other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Personable and friendly disposition
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, organized & detail oriented
