Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and office documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)

Preference: Female candidates from Nepal, Philippines, or SriLanka preferred.
