We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing property management team. This role is the first point of contact for our tenants, owners, and vendors, making excellent communication and customer service essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced office environment.

Previous front desk or office experience—particularly in property management—is preferred but NOT required.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Support

  • Greet clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; manage voicemails throughout the day
  • Manage emails and provide timely support to tenants and owners
  • Perform daily opening and closing office tasks
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail daily
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Run occasional errands (office supplies, stamps, mail drop-offs)

Property & Key Management

  • Oversee property key collection, check-in, and check-out
  • Set up and manage interim billing for properties
  • Perform daily mail drop-offs at designated time

Administrative & Accounting Support

  • Assist the accounting department with payables, including utility bills and vendor payments
  • Communicate with utility companies on behalf of tenants and owners
  • Set up and update utility accounts (account names, mailing addresses, interim billing, etc.)
  • Update Google Drive records related to tenant and owner bill payments
  • Support insurance audits and administrative documentation for vendors, owners, and tenants

Office Maintenance & Daily Tasks

  • Open office each morning: turn on lights, check plant care, restock trash bags, and ensure bathroom cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple departments
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility
  • Customer service and managing a phone system for a professional office
  • Experiencing using Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel

This position will continue to evolve with new technology, market trends, and company needs, offering opportunities to grow alongside our team.

This position requires a clean driving record (you will need to provide MVR through DMV) and a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
