Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, and organizing documents for easy retrieval
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring excellent service at all times

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy; familiarity with data entry and proofreading processes
  • Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and document handling
  • Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; multitasking is essential

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
