Our growing specialty medical practice is currently seeking two motivated professionals to join our team: a Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, or NCMA).
We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. If you thrive in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.
Starting Pay:
$17+ per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients while maintaining a professional and friendly front office environment
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance information and update patient demographics
- Process referrals, medical records, and required documentation
- Collect copays and assist patients with payment processes
- Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record system
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients to ensure efficient office flow
Medical Assistant (MA) Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Prepare patients for provider visits and procedures
- Assist providers with examinations and patient care as needed
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record system
- Maintain stocked, clean, and organized exam rooms
- Support clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Provide compassionate and professional patient interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior medical office or healthcare experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right motivated person.
• Medical Assistant certification or training is a plus for MA applicants
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
