Front Desk Receptionist

Job Objective:
To professionally welcome visitors, parents, and students, manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage entry/exit records.
  • Respond to general inquiries or direct them to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for school administration when required.
  • Receive and distribute mail and official correspondence.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, printing, and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ensure compliance with school safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma minimum (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Emirati Nation is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
