Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, parents, visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, including key issuance and room allocation coordination.
  • Respond to student inquiries regarding accommodation policies, facilities, maintenance, and services.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents, visitors, and service requests.
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with rent collection records and administrative documentation when required.
  • Report incidents, complaints, or emergencies to management promptly.
  • Support accommodation management with general administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
