Front Desk Receptionist

The Role:

As a Receptionist at Rock Ridge Nissan & Infiniti, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and team members. You play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Your friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail help ensure an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls the dealership.

Your Impact:

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area


• Data entry


• Cashiering invoices for sales, service and parts department 


• Outbound calls to customers 


• Assist with customer inquiries and provide general dealership information


• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure smooth communication

Who You Are:

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment


• Organized with strong attention to detail


• Proficient with basic computer systems (email, scheduling, data entry)


• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus


• Professional appearance and positive attitude are a must
