Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to assist our guests by making them our number one priority and to oversee general tasks and activities within the Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
Manage bookings and reservations
Assign rooms, verify payment methods, and verify room statuses
Handle guest questions and requests
Answer and forward phone calls
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
Manage documents and maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information
Ensure that our lobby is clean and orderly at all times
Fill in washing/drying/folding/stocking and prepping linen bags for Housekeeping
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience working as a Resort Receptionist
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A professional and positive attitude, especially in high-pressure situations
A strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Available Shifts: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m./8 a.m. to 5 p.m./12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays are required.
Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, In-Office
