Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. Duties

  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar management for staff appointments and meetings.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry as needed.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as necessary.
  • Support other office staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
