Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office technology, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, utilizing effective phone etiquette to address inquiries and direct calls as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and confirmations for clients.
  • Support medical staff by managing patient records as needed, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desired to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including office software such as Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners is essential.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering outstanding service.
