Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and support inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage calendars for appointments and meetings
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading, document formatting, and record keeping to ensure accuracy
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory, appointment scheduling, and general administrative duties

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse clients and visitors effectively
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Customer service experience that showcases excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of office management tools like QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
