We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently handling administrative and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Manage billing inquiries and direct patients accordingly
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow proper protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative (hospital/clinic preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
