Location: Lahore

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: PKR 37,000
• Service Charges: PKR 9,000
• Work-from-Home Allowance
• Sales Commission (based on performance)

We’re hiring motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy individuals to join our Call Center Inbound Team for ZONG.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inbound calls to potential Zong customers
• Promote telecom products and services in a professional, persuasive manner
• Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain call quality and update CRM systems accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Up to 28 years (Up to 35 for Ex-CSOs)
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA)
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in Pashto & Urdu
• Experience: Call Center Inbound sales experience is mandatory

Technical Requirements (for WFH):

• Stable internet connection
• Laptop/Desktop & Smartphone
• Power backup (UPS/Inverter)
• Quiet and dedicated workspace

Work Model:

• Work-from-Home (initial training + ongoing duties)
• Candidate must be currently residing in Lahore
