Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Working Requirement (Important):
This role operates on a rotational shift basis. Candidates must be comfortable working evening and night shifts, as morning shift availability may be limited depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments or management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred; however, fresh graduates / freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
