Experienced Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, provide accurate information, and deliver a high standard of service. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a call center environment and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Record call details and update customer information in systems
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and attendance
• Follow company guidelines and communication procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, CRM tools, etc.)
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings or weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international customer support or sales campaigns
• Familiarity with call center software or dialer systems
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
