Medical Receptionist (In-office)

Our small private Medical office in Flemington, N.J. is looking to hire a medical receptionist.

Salary: Starting at $23 per hour with benefits

Job type: Full-time, M-F days, no evenings or weekends required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk experience
• Able to handle administrative work and answer patients' calls while greeting patients

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking patients in, taking insurance and co-pays
• Helping in daily office duties
• Answering phone calls
• Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
• On occasion, taking patients back to exam rooms
• Being a team player and contributing to a positive work environment

Our ideal candidate:

• A high level of computer skills. Nextgen experience is a plus!
• A cooperative attitude with a friendly and professional manner
• Works flexibly with a willingness to complete a variety of tasks

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
