Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail oriented Receptionist to join our fast paced orthopedic clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility
• Collecting co-payments and processing payments accurately
• Assisting patients with registration and portal access
• Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
• Answering phone calls and routing messages appropriately
• Supporting clinical and administrative staff as needed
