Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

Ardenyx Realty Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced real estate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings for agents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining client records
  • Support marketing efforts (flyers, social media posts, basic office promotions)
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and office supply management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
