About Us

We are a professional, agile pediatric dental group dedicated to providing the Ultimate Patient Experience to all patients, regardless of their background. We are looking for a welcoming and organized individual to join our team in person at our Allison Park location.

Job Overview

As a Patient Concierge and Greeter, you are the face of our practice. You will serve as the primary ambassador guiding parents and their children through the journey of pediatric dental care. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and providing high-level support in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Greeting & Registration: Providing a warm welcome to families as they arrive, assisting with initial paperwork, and explaining the office processes.
  • Consultation Coordination: Coordinating consultation times and ensuring families are well-informed and comfortable prior to meeting with our specialists.
  • Claim Submission: Submitting dental clalims to insurance carriers follwing up on claim denials.
  • Insurance Verification: using online portals and call communications to verify patient eligibility and benefits before their appointment. Notifying patients of any out of pocket expences that will be collected the day of the appointment.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting (Required).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for children and their parents.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive medical information with strict confidentiality.
  • Professionalism: A polished, friendly demeanor suitable for a front-facing "concierge" role.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Location: Allison Park, PA (In-person).
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
