Front Desk Receptionist

RECVR is Miami’s premier sports recovery and wellness lounge, dedicated to helping athletes, professionals, and high-performers unlock their best selves. Our services include IV therapy, sports therapy, massages, red light therapy, stretching, cold plunges, PEMF, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and more. We are seeking a professional, energetic, and client-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our brand and deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Hospitality
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
• Book appointments and manage scheduling with efficiency and accuracy.
• Give tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting amenities and benefits.
• Escort clients between different service areas to ensure a smooth experience.
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalized support.
• Service Knowledge & Sales
• Develop a strong understanding of each RECVR service and its benefits in order to confidently explain offerings to clients.
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Support marketing activations and client engagement initiatives when needed.
• Operations & Administration
• Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean, professional environment.
• Monitor and restock supplies to ensure all service areas remain fully equipped.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as intake forms, waivers, and payment processing.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience (wellness, fitness, or spa industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Sales experience is a plus (membership, retail, or hospitality sales).
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software, POS systems, and phone etiquette.
