Front Desk Receptionist

Overview

We’re looking for a receptionist who’s more than just organized and detail-oriented (though those matter too). We want someone who greets every patient with warmth, communicates clearly, keeps things running smoothly under pressure, and shows up every day ready to help the team thrive. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries
  • Scan and upload documents into the system
  • Update and maintain accurate patient information
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are current and organized
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle heavy phone traffic professionally
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail with data entry tasks
  • Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling systems is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours

Monday - 10:45am - 7pm

Tuesday - 8:45am - 5pm

Wednesday - 8:45am - 5pm

Thursday - 8:45am - 5pm

Friday - 8:45am - 1pm

One Saturday a Month - 8:45am - 1pm

Pay: $23.14 - $27.87 per hour
