Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, lenders, and real estate professionals while supporting daily administrative operations to ensure smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess strong computer skills to handle a variety of clerical and office management tasks. Key Responsibilities

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly

· Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors, clients, and incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

· Ensure the reception and front office area are maintained in a professional and orderly manner at all times

· Perform administrative functions including, but not limited to, filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document preparation

· Assist with the intake, organization, and processing of title and escrow files and related documentation

· Provide administrative support to escrow officers, processors, and management as required

· Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars as directed

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages

· Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as necessary

· Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of receptionist or administrative experience (title/real estate experience preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

· $35,000-$40,000
