The secretary/receptionist will be responsible for acknowledging and assisting the public, prospective clients, residents, families, and staff in regard to their inquiries, concerns, and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned with or without reasonable accommodations.
Maintains a professional and caring attitude at all times.
Answers all incoming telephone calls and directs to the requested department.
Greets the public including clients and residents in a congenial manner, assists whenever and however possible....
Maintains a basic knowledge of all department functions.
Provides secretarial support to all department.
Assists operators in correspondence and communication, utilizing appropriate secretarial skills.
Files records and reports, posts information to records, sorts and distributes mail, and performs similar duties as requested.
Knowledgeable of and implements all safety, universal precautions, and Company policies/procedures for the protection of residents, coworkers, and self.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
