Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the organization in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointments and maintain schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Keep records of visitor logs and office activities
  • Coordinate with other departments when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time or part-time position
  • Typically office-based environment
  • May require shift work depending on the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
