American Executive Centers has six facilities in the Greater Philadelphia area in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey suburban markets. Our Executive offices offer wired, furnished Office Space and conference rooms with Reception, Secretarial and IT Support.
We are seeking a FULL TIME telephone receptionist/customer service representative in our Plymouth Meeting location, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Requirements:
Applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a corporate environment - Basic understanding of computers,
Word & Excel
Professional Dress
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong organizational skills
Proactive team oriented attitude
Energetic and upbeat
Duties:
Provide courteous phone answering and screening.
Provide professional customer service to clients.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication
Hours: 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday
