We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome while efficiently managing front desk operations and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a high standard of customer service
- Manage bookings, appointments, and cancellations efficiently
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails in a timely manner
- Maintain the reception area to reflect a clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/POS transactions
- Coordinate with therapists and staff regarding schedules and client preferences
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients
- Maintain client records and update booking systems
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor concerns professionally
- Monitor daily appointments and ensure smooth flow of operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a spa, salon, or wellness center
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with booking systems or spa management software is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of spa services and treatments is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and handling phone systems

- Sales skills and ability to upsell spa services and products
- Experience handling POS systems and cash transactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Multilingual skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
