Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our organization! This energetic role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. You will manage front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative support, and exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help foster a professional and inviting environment where everyone feels valued and attended to.

Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette standards
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up
  • Maintain organized reception area through filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace applications
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and supporting administrative functions
  • Support office team with clerical duties including typing reports, data entry, filing documents, and supporting customer support activities

Experience

  • roven experience in office management or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment, prior experience is required, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clear communication skills.
  • Previous experience in cosmetic surgery clinics or similar settings is required, as this is a fundamental requirement for the position.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles within medical or dental settings is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in busy environments.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
