PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Open / Close Office Each Day
• Greet Patients as They Enter Clinic
• Scan Insurance Cards and Driver’s Licenses in Charts
• Check Charts and Confirm that all Appropriate Information is Included
• Review Charges and Payment Methods with Patients
• Collect Payments
• Schedule Patient Appointments
• Assist Patients with General Questions
• Print and Present Treatment Plans to Patients
• Print Night Call Schedule for Doctor
• Print Schedules
• Have Daily Morning Meeting with Doctor
• Maintain and Update Schedule to keep Patients and Doctors on Time
• Establish Work-In Protocol for the Day
• Communicate Schedule Updates with Assistants
• Balance Daily Payments/Cash/Petty Cash
• Pathology Preparation and Drop Off
