Front Desk Receptionist

General Job Summary:

Reports to and assists office manager and owner. Greets and assists patients, clients, physical therapists/assistants and visitors; answers telephones and performs clerical tasks, manages all aspects of front desk staffing and physical therapist scheduling, liaison with outside billing company.

  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent substitute
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years perferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
