Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in client information and records.
  • Handle filing, proofreading, and clerical duties to maintain organized office operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including calendar management and document preparation.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office management duties, ensuring the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Support team members with administrative experience as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, along with clerical or administrative experience.
