Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual who presents themselves professionally, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in representing the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support across the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Manage visitor logs and ensure adherence to office procedures

Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to relevant staff

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
  • Maintain and update records and office systems

Office Coordination

  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Monitor and order office supplies when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
