Position Overview:

Woodway Beach Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is central to providing an exceptional experience from the moment members arrive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members, guests, and vendors in a courteous and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about club facilities and events
• Manage member check-ins, guest registrations. & reservations
• Maintain front desk organization, appearance, and supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
• Support other departments with coordination or communication as needed
• Enforce club policies in a respectful and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a professional appearance
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours as needed

• Fast-paced, member-focused beach club atmosphere
• Indoor and outdoor interaction with members and staff
• Occasional light lifting or standing for extended periods

Pay Rate: $23-$26 Hr

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 10 am -5pm May- September
