Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be required to work in a collaborative and family centered clinic with patients with diverse backgrounds, as well as running the Front Desk, communicating with all practitioners & other professionals, etc. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties:
- Answer phones, communicate messages to the proper channels, etc.

- Greet patients, schedule them, collect payment, etc.

- Light cleaning, light housekeeping duties, stocking of treatment rooms, etc.

- Handling medical waste properly

- Upholding the standards of HIPPA

- Responsible for practitioner's schedules/scheduling

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
