Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and client information management
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document proofreading
- Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, and organizing documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, offering helpful information or directing to appropriate departments
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
- Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience will be considered an asset

Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
If needed throughout the week as well.
Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
