Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle administrative duties, assist with calendar management, and maintain effective communication within the office. Job requires 4 weekdays and a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure smooth communication within the office.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Support medical receptionist duties as required, including patient check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
