Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows
  • Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including typing, data entry, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times
