Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service greet dealership clients as they arrive, answering questions and directing them as needed.in a courteous and professional manner.
• Promptly and professionally greet dealership clients
• Answer all incoming calls and taking messages as needed
• Replenish Cafe' waiting area with beverages and snacks.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Light Clerical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist or hospitality experience preferre·
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Professional appearance, excellent personality, and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer communication
