
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk reception, answering incoming calls, and coordinating guest arrivals.

Schedule conference rooms, oversee meeting room setup, and coordinate catered food services for meetings and events.

Maintain kitchen pantry supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed.

Provide copy and mail room support, including large-volume printing, scanning, copying, and document production projects.

Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation, document organization, and other litigation support tasks.

Receive, process, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages via USPS, FedEx, and courier services.

Coordinate messenger services and ensure timely delivery of documents and packages.

Monitor office supply inventory and submit purchase requests to maintain adequate stock levels.

Submit and track building maintenance and service requests to ensure efficient office operations.
-
Perform filing, document revisions, records management, and general clerical and administrative projects.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within the firm's records management system.

Prepare, organize, label, and manage physical records for off-site storage, ensuring proper retention and retrieval procedures.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
