Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual with an outgoing personality to work as the receptionist at our health and wellness clinics! We have two clinic locations: San Clemente and Ladera Ranch. Flexibility to take/cover shifts at different locations is a huge plus!

We are looking for 4-5 days (25+ hrs) at our San Clemente and/or Ladera Ranch location (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Sundays) , as well as availability to cover other receptionists when vacations may arise. Our standard business hours are Wednesday & Friday 9AM-5PM and Thursday & Friday 10AM-6PM (Closed 2PM-3PM daily), and Saturdays/Sundays 8AM-12PM (closed Mondays and Saturdays in San Clemente).

Applicants will need to be able to memorize scripts and pricing, multi-task efficiently, prioritize well, and communicate clearly and effectively.

Job duties include checking in patients, processing/filing paperwork, handling payments, selling packages, and other general office duties.

Previous reception/sales experience preferred, but not required.
