Customer Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate)

Wage: $ 17.72-21.54/hour

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

Customer Service:
- Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Provides appropriate forms and information to those who request them
- Support current employees with questions about online training
- Receive and share feedback from visitors and employees
- Answers, screen, and forwards incoming calls, providing basic information
- Monitor voicemails and faxes, forwarding messages to the appropriate person
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Follow office procedures for opening/closing, cleaning, and visitor protocols

Clerical Support
- Makes copies and assembles packets as required
- Sort, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks
- Support meeting prep (e.g., order food, prepare rooms, make coffee)
- Run reports as assigned
- Maintain and update agency phone and mailing lists
- Scan, copy, laminate, print, index, and distribute documents as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Work Structure: 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday in office
Wage: $ 17.72-21.54/hour
What You Need:
- Previous Customer Service or Administrative Experience Preferred
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- A positive attitude, even under pressure
- Ability to follow direction from multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable using office equipment such as postage machines, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
- Demonstrates reliability and accountability
