Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly, manage check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
  • Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and route calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining phone etiquette
  • Inform customers about what services we offer

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk reception or administrative support roles with office management responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong time management skills
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive needs
