Body Shop Customer Service Representative – Automotive

Premier Autobody Corp is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to manage front desk operations and provide an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily workflow
  • Collect and document customer information accurately
  • Maintain organized files and assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and follow-ups
  • Support overall front desk operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
