Role Description

Tanveer Associates is looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support daily office activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls, assisting visitors, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office discipline and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain staff attendance records
  • Monitor staff dress code and office discipline
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations

Requirements

  • Minimum education: BSc
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and office management skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
